Hello sir,
My car Toyota Camry 2009 starts overheating as soon as I turn on the A/C. After running for 1hour in a sunny weather, and I turn on the Air conditioner, the temperature spikes. The more I step on the gas pedal the higher the temperature. What could be wrong.

Are your cooling fans working? Do you have sufficient coolant? How old are your radiator cap and thermostat? Any signs of head gasket leak? You might want to check for cold spots on your radiator indicating clogs. Also check for debris that might be blocking airflow to the radiator.

Make sure the radiator fans are running when you turn on the AC.
