I’ve got a 2002 Honda Accord 4 cylinder with 180k, it overheats at a stand still then when you start moving the gauge goes right back to normal, I had a block leak test done and it was good, so what else would it be thanks again

Sounds like an air flow problem?
Did you flush your radiator?
Check your fan
Make sure your water pump is working
Dont think it sound like a thermostat stuck

Check your electric cooling fans.
