2013 F-150 FX4 5.0 litre V-8 will a throttle body spacer improve performance of my engine it has about 126,000 miles on it

Not enough to notice, by itself. It may trip your CEL. My step dad had a 2014 Mustang GT and modified the crap out of it. He put a Cobra Jet intake, throttle body spacer, cold air intake, had it tuned, and it got probably 50 more horsepower. You gotta either go whole hog or you're just wasting money. To me, almost 50 horsepower vs the thousands he put into the car isn't worth it.
