Hello, I have a 2001 chevy prism Lsi with 46000 miles on it oil is changed every 5000 and I've never had problems with it but yesterday was the first time I took the car for a lomg drive for 5 hours to west virgina and 5 hours back in the same day and on the way back my check engine light came on and it was for p0171 what could be the reason for this and can I drive the car normally without fixing it i know why the code is on but there are alot of different reasons why it tripped the code so im wandering if anyone can narrow it down thanks
what is the whole code?
It was P0171 Bank 1 running to lean
P0171 means your engine (a naturally aspirated 1.8L I4) is running lean.
Start here for troubleshooting:

But I don't have a scan tool that can do the freeze frame data so how would I know if it's the fuel system or a vacuum leak
