I just replaced coils and spark plugs on my 09 corolla and now cylinder 2 is misfiring. What should I do?

Mileage? Engine displacement? E140/150 generation?

If it only misfire after everything has been changed, recheck everything you did and make sure it was all tightened to spec.

For the plugs be sure they are all within tolerance as some shop out of box not gapped properly, check coils with the swap test as I've had DOA's on some. And just in general double triple check.

I have had bad batches of spark plugs lately.  Good idea to put the meter to them to make sure they have continuity before installing,  Specifically, NGK.
