Attached is the Freeze Frame Data from my prelude. I replaced the knock sensor, Wiring seems to be intact. What else can i do to fix this ?

Did you replace the knock sensor its self? Did you change the oil? If im not mistaking i even think the crankshaft sensor might even trip that code. Man the shit iv seen working at a used car lot for 3 running the garage all by my self i hate it.
