Hey my dad has a camry v6 xle 2001. He was trying to get his car inspected today and codeP0330 showed up. The car has 250000miles on it.

I went to the mechanic he cleared the codes and this still show up.

We can't afford a new car right now due to financial circumstances.

But he said this is last of the car inspection and from next year our won't be needing yearly inspection

We live in texas

You most likely have a problem with your bank 2 knock sensor or its wiring.

It is the knock sensor

Either that or the wiring per description of the code. No way to tell which from here.

Do u know if there is a work around it

No, you need to diagnose the problem. If the connector looks OK you could just replace the sensor but that car is over two decades old so deteriorated wiring is not out of the question. (Obviously if wiring is bad replacing the sensor won't help.) If you do replace it be sure to use an OEM sensor, not a cheap Chinese knockoff.
