I have a 2012 F150 Lariet I bought used 3.5 liter ecoboost engine it has 121,000 miles on it I recently made several upgrades including guages when the trouble started is when I cut the vacuum line to put boost guage on the p2127 code hasn’t gone away .I have replaced the map sensor intake sensor, throttle body sensor, gas pedal sensor assembly, did smoke test for vacuum leak no leaks,I moved boost line to see if it helped, nothing, removed battery cables for a hour to reset ECM nothing, replaced ECM , had to take it to mechanic for them to fix it being it was a reprogrammed one , it wasn’t had to to totally clear computer and had other issues with truck addressed and fixed .p2127 code is still there along with passenger air bag sensor won’t go away I’m planning on taking it back to the mechanic because due to many other things that I wasn’t aware of all my truck had going on they didn’t have time to address code what do you think I need to do I do some preventive maintenance on my truck oil etc but this has stumped me please let me know thank you Ralph Ramsey Calera Alabama

  • I just say buy a new throttle position pedal sensor. That's a sensor on the bottom of where you step on the gas pedal
