I have 2019 Toyota Highlander base model. I got it brand new. It has only 10K mileage. When I apply parking brake car still rolling. What should I do?

If still under warranty have the dealer fix it.

The parking brake might need some adjustment. I'm with @Chuck Tobias about the warranty.
