Hi, I have a 2011 Subaru Tribeca with 110k miles on it.

What is the name of the part in the linked picture, that seems to be leaking oil, right up the oil filter?

Definitely an oil pressure switch

Oil pressure switch.

since it's next to the oil filter, I'm guess oil pressure or temperature sensor.

This is a complete guess. I don’t know your engine. But it looks similar to a PCV valve. With that said, the oil doesn’t make it seem like it is a PCV valve.

I've never seen a PCV valve with wires.

Oh. I thought it was a hose not a wire that was connected. If it is a wire, then probably not PCV.

In this engine, the PCV valve is on the top of the engine, right next to the battery. This picture is from the bottom of the engine.
