- Watched a recent video you posted about not buying from Parts Avatar. I have just recently had an issue claiming warranty from this business. I purchased a Walker quiet flow exhaust in Nov. of 2021 advertised with a limited lifetime warranty. A couple of weeks ago it failed at the outlet flange. I contacted Parts Avatar to obtain a replacement only to be told that they only warranty the muffler for a year even though they prominently advertise it with a limited lifetime warranty. They suggest I contact Walker for a replacement which I have attempted to do three times with no response from them. Their warranty page clearly states to return the failed part to the place of purchase for replacement. While I was in the middle of dealing with all of this Parts Avatar sent me the video they posted in response to the video you made about them. In my opinion my situation for warranty claim is as or more justified than the fellow in the video. They are asking you for an apology ?

Part Avatar's business reviews are full of unhappy people.
I already made a post about them here:

You can see more of their childish behavior. I would not do business with them.
Parts Avatar sent me the video they posted
they must be so proud
