I am a long time subscriber and for some time been considering a Lexus GX460 - just saw your excellent GX video...thanks!
Curious, you compared your customer's 2011 GX to a new LX...but assuming a used 2018/2019ish GX460 to a used 2016ish LX570 in similar condition, each priced about the same . . . which vehicle would you choose for a long term, well maintained keeper (maybe one day give to my current 10 year old) that will be my daily driver for work (City and suburban) and family road trips / camping. Is one better built or longer lasting?
To be used in Northeast...do you recommend treating undercarriage with something like Fluid Film or Corrosion Free rust proofing? Is rust an issue with these vehicles?

Too close to call! I'd drive them and see which you liked better. The 460 should get you a bit better mileage and the 570 should have more power/tow/hauling along with a tad more room.
