Ford Panther Platform (eg, Lincoln Town Car, Mercury Grand Marquis, Crown Victoria)
V.S.
Toyota Camry, Corolla, etc.
Both are good, but you have to hit a Crown Vic with a meteor to actually stop it. Those things are literally Terminators.
I think that the panther platform can take more abuse but the Toyota might hold up longer. Honestly, it's probably a draw because they are both very good vehicles.
No Toyota sedan is really 'bulletproof'. That term is saved for vehicles that could... Well take a bullet. Do Toyotas run forever? Sure. Are they bulletproof? Not really. Now the Crown Vic on the other hand... That thing could absolutely take hell.
It really depends... I think the most bulletproof Toyota vs most bulletproof panther car Toyota would last longer but thats just what I think.
We are splitting hairs here. I could recommend either one (now some years and engines had issues, so it depends).
