Driver seat slides backward, but not forward. That means that the motor works. You only need to change polarity for the motor. I thoroughly tested (continuity test) the switch (power seat control) and I am confident that the switch works as intended. When pressing the switch to slide forward, I hear a click as if the motor gets ready, but nothing happens.
1) What could possibly be faulty?
I cannot remove the seat since there is no access to the rear bolts (the seat is moved almost all the way backward).
2) How to manually move the seat forward? Some guys on old lexus forums suggested to turn two 10mm bolts. There are no 10 mm. Only 12 mm and two hex bolts. They appear to not slide the seat.
Other guys suggest to find some hole from the side of the seat and use a screwdriver. There is only a hollow metallic tube that appears to not move the seat.

what if you undo these....
does that help?
have you tried lube? you'll have to check if the track or worm screw is jammed or something. the sleds eventually just wear out.
