I have a 2001 Nissan Sentra with 180,000 miles I have found a leak on both parts of the plastic hoses on the refill tank of the power steering — I was wondering if I can just replace the plastic hoses may need the one connected to the metal line that goes to the rack and Pinion with brand new plastic hoses or should I bite the bullet and just purchase the whole line plastic hoses and metal line together?

yes usually it's worth it to buy together.
