Where should I start looking for the leak(s)? I’m not very technical with cars but if I am shown a diagram of where to look I can find it.

Start with the power steering pump and follow the hoses to the steering rack. The leak could be anywhere from the pump to the rack. Using some UV dye may help you track it down as it would for an engine oil leak.

if it happens after replacement the high pressure hose, whoever did the job messed it up. You should find and fix the leak(s).

Start with checking the hose connections. You might lift the car to check power steering rack for leaks. The pump might be leaking too.
