Weird Steering Fluid leak on Civic 06

Hi all,

I'm having a weird PS leak, the car seems to work just fine while it's on, no leaks and occasionally foams up the liquid due to air in the system, the moment the car is parked and goes cold it dumps all the fluid onto the ground in 24 hours. The puddle is on the front passenger side but I'm not able to determine which component is responsible, any ideas or has anyone experienced something like this ?

06 Civic Coupe EX with an automatic transmission 1.8 engine.

It has about 100,000 miles on the odometer, steering rack was recently replaced

Thanks ;

They sell a special UV die at Auto parts stores that helps one find such a leak, it's not expensive. Try putting some in the reservoir and you should be able to find that leak rather easily.

Is this when the leak started? ..after the rack was replaced? If so then take it back to whoever installed the new rack. When a steering rack is changed, the PS system should be bled to remove any air.
