I just replaced the power steering pump on my 2006 Acura TSX I put fluid in the reservoir when I went to turn the wheel to get the air out the top of the reservoir popped off twice and fluid went every where I hear a popping noise coming from the reservoir and the steering wheel still hard to turn I can barely turn it at all any suggestions?

If the pump was correctly installed then the only other thing could be the steering rack. Make sure it isn't bound up on either end (at the tie rods).
