Scotty, I have a 2013 Ford Explorer 3.5L 6cyl. When I turn my steering wheel to the right I hear a humming sound. It does not do it all the time and it does not feel any different. I went to check the power steering fluid, only to find out it does have a place for power steering fluid. What could this be?

If you have a reservoir, it's near the firewall, driver's side and white or yellow with a black cap. If you don't you have electronic power steering.
