Would my car get ruined if i power wash the grill to clean it ! And if so should i get my car checked for any possible damage!

Unless you had it set to a ridiculous PSI rating, you should be just fine. Manual wash bays are power washers essentially and people use them all day, every day on all kinds of cars.
I wouldn’t go full blast 100+ psi at it because of your condenser but highly unlikely it caused any problems
You're probably fine, just be reasonable with the pressure. Don't put it on full stream or you'll damage something, depending on how powerful your washer is. Like another user said, be careful around the radiador fins.
P.S. If it's a 94 Celica you're fine either way.
