Power window won't close

I have a very specific issue with my 2014 Edge SE 3.5L.

The rear passenger window will go down but not up, which given the climate in Canada is a huge pain.

All other windows work as expected.

I have swapped the door switch, motor and the master switch.  None of those actions solved the issue.  The only thing left is the Circuit Breaker (fancy fuse ?) but I can find no information on how those work.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

The only thing left is the Circuit Breaker (fancy fuse ?) but I can find no information on how those work.

typically they are thermal breakers. If too much current goes through them for too much time, they heat up. This causes a bimetallic strip to bend away and break the circuit until it cools back down again. Yes they wear out.

Another common cause of window failure is broken wires inside the door wiring wiring harness where it bends back and forth each time the door is used. If you take your time and test each component, you should be able to fix this without randomly changing parts, and save yourself a bunch of money.
