I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, and my service parking brake light keeps coming on, and when I go to put it in the park the parking brake will automatically turn on then I will have to release it. I have that option turned off in my radio settings. Would you have any idea why that is happening, and how much it will cost to be fixed?

You need to check it for codes via a dealer level scan tool. This might help:
