preventative maintenance schedule (ASAP)

Do you guys have a preventative maintenance schedule that you follow? to keep the car in best shape & save some mony in the long run. Google sheet, PDF, an app, anything.

That's going to vary somewhat with the vehicle and how it is used and you have provided no information at all. A good rule of thumb would be to follow the "severe service" maintenance schedule provided by the vehicle manufacturer.

What’s your year/make/model?

Generally speaking my maintenance schedule is the schedule in the manual as the minimum. 

Based on what I have learned I’m this forum, I will now halve the intervals for most fluid changed: oil, transmission oil, and coolants.

For example, book says 10K miles for oil changes, I do it at 5K. Book says 100K for transmission oil, do it every 50K miles. Book says 120K for coolant, do it every 60K miles. Each year, make and model may differ.
