Problems with my f150

Hey, I recently bought a 2005 Ford F150 Lariat with 160,000 miles. It has the 5.4 3v engine. I hooked it up to my computer at the dealership and didn't notice anything weird going on. Had no codes, all of the live data looked good, and everything looked good in the "I am ready" part of my scan tool. The test drive went great, no noises, and the live data looked good. Four days after I purchased the truck it started ticking. Its hard to tell where the noise is coming from. It sounds like its coming from the passenger side and only when the engine is in low rpms. (800 to 1000). When I cold start the engine there's a loud rattle noise that clears up after a few seconds, and the display inside the truck flashes "Low oil pressure" for a split second. The live data still looks good, and its not throwing any codes so I'm trying to get a professional's opinion before I start tearing the motor apart.
