Hello I was thinking about buying a used S197 mustang from around 2008-2010. This would be my first car and I was thinking about buying a manual with low mileage somewhere around 40,000 miles. Would this be a reliable and fun car for a young driver? Thanks!

It absolutely would. You just want to make sure you have a mechanic inspect it, but those years (S197 runs from 2005 - 2009, the 2010 is the new style but same motor) were very solid and reliable. Tons of aftermarket options to customize it as well.
