I have a 2011 f150 v8. Sometimes the oil pressure light comes on and the gauge goes down briefly then back to normal and light goes back off. This happens randomly at stop lights and under 1000 rpms. I have changed the oil pressure sensor and a pcv valve. Still happens. I have seen other owners on blogs with same problem but no fixes.what are your thoughts? Thanx

Go to a mechanic and tell him to check what is the real pressure first, maybe just the sending unit is bad.

If it's not a bad sending unit, your oil pump is probably going out.
