I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel dually and when the car is cold I can't put the into gear. It takes like 10 minutes to put into gear. I also have electronic breaking system installed and wonder if it has something to do with it.

Have you checked the transmission fluid? It only needs to be a little low to not be able to get into gear sometimes and can get better as they warm up.
