I wanted to know if a 2001 chevy cavalier is a decent used car. Like if it would even be worth buying used

Well thats unfortunate I already bought a 2001 z24 edition with around 13000 kph, but I did a computer scan at a friend's house and the only things that came up was evap hose plugged and 2x intake temp sensor
Should be OK for a while if I replace them right?
Yes, certainly. If you mean 13,000 real miles, it may still have considerable life left in it. Now that you have it, take care of it and cross your fingers.
