Hello i have a 2012 Honda civic XL 4door. My question is when i drive my car I smell radiator fluid real strong but no notifications comes on to alert me of it over heating. What can it be?

Most likely a coolant leak in the cabin heater core buried under the dash, …

It could just be a slow leak. Not bad enough to cause overheating.
Have a look under the hood for crusty residue. If the smell is coming out the vents then its probably the heater core. Or you could try one of the UV dye leak detection kits.
