2018 Honda Civic CVT OK after going through rain puddle?

I own a 2018 honda civic LX model and I recently drove at 25mph through a 2”water puddle . I am not concerned about the engine air intake since it is up next to the engine nor my brakes since they are still running fine. The only thing I was worried about was my CVT transmission getting water splashed on it and I don’t know if they normally have protection panels underneath to block water waves since I haven’t really gotten a good look under there even though i recently changed my oil. Is there anything else I should give consideration from the undercarriage?

You should be OK, it's not like it was submerged. Even just driving in a heavy rain your transmission has water splashed up around it continuously.

It is less than the ground clearance of your car and if you drove it slowly throug the water, it should not affect anything. Did you notice any change in your driving afterwards?

No not yet , not as a far as i know.
