On your roof lites you should pull every one of the lens off and pull the bulbs out. Inspect to seee water has no intruded onto the sockets or see rust which indicates it has. Once all the bulbs are out then replace the fuses to see if they blow. If they blow then its not at the roof area but below probably going down one of the pillars to the fuse box. Now it has two fuses ? You need to find out those circuits and where they split off into. If the fuses get replaced and they do NOT blow. Your problem is in the roof area for sure.  Put in one good bulb. See if the fuse blows. Remove it and go to th next and so on. Then leave one in and then place the next bulb in ..etc etc.

Let me add this..if th e wiring problem is under the roof your going to have to remove the roof center lights and then take down the headliner to expose the wires and wiring.
