Random infrequent p0141

I replace an oxygen sensor due to faulty reading and now after running it for like a hundred miles I start randomly getting a check engine light with the p0141. I've been clearing the code immediately after seeing that light. Now I have changed that oxygen sensor a second time due to getting that code and I had an exhaust leak upstream which I fixed also. That made the frequency of the p0141 code drop but not completely go away. Is it possible the catalytic converter is bad too now or did I just get too bad sensors from Amazon? If a sensor's bad don't they usually continue to trip the p0141 code which I clear every time I find out that's what the code is? Is it a bad computer now? Or does a computer just need to reprogram and it's going to take it a while before it stops tripping that code?

A p0141 means one of your 02 sensor heaters has burnt out.

You left out a few details:

That code refers to the downstream O2 sensor heater circuit, not the catalytic converter.

"Note: Typically a failed catalytic converter does not cause this code. You're more likely to see a P0420 code for a failed converter."
