I know Toyota is really not on the bottom on the list best to worst I just list alphabetically
Purpose?
Not sure what you’re getting at here. Are those cars you are thinking of buying?
Once you get over 5 years or so, care and maintenance starts to become more important than initial build quality. A 10-year-old RAV4 probably still has several good years left, but not if it hasn’t been maintained. That’s why prepurchase inspection is so important.
Generally speaking my recommendations would go:
Toyota/Lexus > Honda/Acura > Mazda > Subaru >>> Nissan/Infiniti | Hyundai/Kia | Buick
So with your list, I would stick to the Toyota, Honda, Mazda, or Subaru:
RAV4 if you prefer sportiness and agility.
CRV if you prefer comfort and roominess.
CX-5 if you prefer aesthetic design.
Legacy if you prefer a sedan and utility.
RX if you prefer luxury features (which may be normal these days).
I wouldn't think about ranking Buick, Kia, and Hyundai because their vehicles are not reliable at all.
I would rank the other companies.
1. Toyota
2. Honda
3. Lexus
4. Acura
5. Mazda
6. Subaru
7. Nissan
8. Infiniti
Keep in mind that i ranked Lexus and Acura 3rd and 4th because they're a bit expensive to maintain.
how many of those have you personally owned?
Need to see these cars in person and understand there history.
Stick with the honda, lexus or toyota. You don't include mileage or price which would be major factors regardless of make.
