I've recently posted regarding a slight shake when accelerating on my car. Before I could check it out, it started rattling as well at lower speeds, under 25 mph, that sounds like a tin can bring dragged. Could these be related or could it be something else?

Tin can? That sounds like the metal heat shields that protects your car from the heat from the exhaust pipe and muffler. Try manually shaking the exhaust pipe and see if you can hear it or check if they're loose. What car is it?
