Rattle Sound at specific conditions.

I have a 2006 Honda Civic Si (6 Speed Manual) 140K miles. This sound just started, I changed the belt tensioner, and the idler pulley probably 3 or 4K miles ago, the PCV is also new. This sound seems like it’s coming from the actual engine, or from the belt area. Please help! It happens at idle with load like AC or accessories on, goes away instantly if I blip the throttle, can’t hear it past probably 1K rpms. It speeds up and slows down with rpms when you can hear it. Here’s a video:

Can't tell.  Is it squeaking too?

Sounds like an alternator (or other) bearing starting to go.

It's a pain, but take the belt off and start the car.  If the noise goes away, you know it's not the engine, but something running on the belt.

Carlos I just got home, popped my hood and I now see my Drive belt is about 4 grooves off the pulley on the top! Hahaha

Oh, that could be a problem!
