2004 Toyota Sienna rattling noise under acceleration when engine warm

Hello guys,

I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna FWD with 135k miles. My car is making sort of rattling noise under acceleration when the engine is completely warmed up. It does not make any noise when idling, idling in gear or start ups. It usually starts making noise after driving for while and only makes when driving around at low speed. All the fluids are good and full. I have not checked for any exhaust leak since it doesnt make any noise when idling even if i rev it up. Thanks for any suggestion or opinions. I appreciate your help.

Regards,

Is the noise coming from inside the engine? The suspension? The cabin? Have you tried to pinpoint the general area of the noise?

And if you can not pinpoint the noise, ask a mechanic to check the engine with his scan tools. It might come from the valves, timing chain, ... It is hard to tell with this information what exactly the issue is.
