Unfortunately I couldn't see the pictures. Is it seepage or a true leak?Is the oil getting onto anything ? It doesn't necessarily mean a sign of something worse to come. Personally I would change it because that's how I am. A gasket doesn't cost alot. If you can do.it and it's not bad I would monitor and wait to change it.
Okay I see what you talk about. Overall it doesn't look horrible. In the back is it leaking onto the engine? Can you smell any oil burning? If you are not smell it burning on the engine and it not getting on any other parts I think you will be good for awhile . You could also check your bolts and see if they are tightened correctly.
Probably I will change the valve cover gasket soon
I don't think that's a horrible idea. Not a big job and then you don't have to worry about it.

I have 2011 RAV4 Auto with 230k kms in it.
I replaced the oil filter, air filter and the oil (Castrol EDGE Synthetic 5W-30) on the weekend and also noticed that some oil leaking around the valve cover. Specially back of the engine I noticed this bit more. Does this mean "need replacing valve cover gasket" or is this a sign of a bigger problem?
