08 ford edge se, 212000 miles, recently got the rear rotors resurfaced and after putting them back on, when braking and about to be at full stop it makes a sound kinda like vooooooooo, maybe you could tell me what it would be before I buy new brake pads and rotors. Thanks

Your brake pads may just have to wear in to the fresh rotor surface.
I'd wait a while and see if it resolves itself.
