Rear end slip awd Toyota Highlander

Hi
i bought a Toyota Highlander with awd about 5 years ago and 200000 miles. Since then the rear end likes to slip and make a large clunk sound especially when going onto a on-ramp turning into the corner and accelerating. If I really ease into the throttle it will slowly shift into gears correctly. I have changed the transmission fluid. Transfer case fluid and rear end fluid. It still makes the noise if I give it too much gas. Wondering what the cause and fix would be?

thanks

Those are complex systems. Best to let an experienced mechanic diagnose it.
