Recovery from overheat

2001 Corolla 205000mi automatic

My corolla overheated and I shut it down immediately.  There was no warning of steam or performance, just noticed the gauge had gone to the upper limit.  Found that the radiator was dry.  The weather was about 55 degrees and breezy and the engine seemed cooled down by time I'd walked accross street and brought back antifreeze from the Walmart.  I filled it up and drove 1/2 mi home.  There I found the leak in a hose and fixed it.

Question is, what is now needed for recovery maintenance?  Should oil be replaced?

The temperature sending unit, the thermostat and, the radiator.

Thanks again for the info.

Hopefully nothing. Just drive it carefully, and monitor for anything unusual.

obviously the temperature sensor works perfectly and did its job

Thanks! I did check it out carefully and all seems to be in good working order. I was lucky I caught it right away.
