I inspected the undercarriage of my 2013 Toyota Camry (66K miles) this weekend, and I noticed this tear in the rubberized surface underneath. Wanted to ask what is the best way to repair it? Thanks.

I would leave it. If it really bothers you hit it with black spray paint.
