Replace TB gasket with new one?

2011 Chevrolet Traverse 201500km automatic transmission

I recently cleaned my throttle body. Unbolted it and removed it then cleaned it. I reused the tb gasket. I'm now reading I should have replace it? Is this true? And how do I put it on correctly?

My ltft are now reading 7 to 10% on idle and normalizes when I drive.

Pre TB cleaning LTFT values were closer to zero, +/3% on idle. I can feel a very subtle shake that I didn't pre tb cleaning

Never re-use gaskets unless they are specifically designed for it.

Most gaskets for anything are usually one use only.  It should have been replaced as @chucktobias pointed out.

A lot of times, new gaskets don't come with the new part or are not available.  Auto parts stores sell sheets of gasket material that I keep around for just such occasions.
