I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna. 180k miles
It has a slight coolant leak. Dealer recommends replacing the valley coolant inlet assembly. It is $1k+ to replace.
I am wondering if this is worth doing or should I be looking for something new. The dealer isn't recommending any other major work.
Thanks!

Your car still has plenty of life in it. I would ask an independent mechanic to do the job. It is cheaper.

I wouldn't take my car to the dealer unless it was for warranty work.
