So I Change From A Cvt Transmission To An S40 Gear Box In My Ek3 Civic Which Have A D15B Someone Told Me In Order For The VTech To Work I Would Have To Rewire The Brain Box Dose Anyone Know About This And How To Do It ....... Thanks In Advance

That's a tough one - I'd look for answers on that at a Honda Civic Owner's web site. Fortunately, a lot of Civic owners swap engines and transmissions, so there should be somebody who's had experience with this.
