Hello my 2010 Honda Accord ex need 17" 114.3 x5 rims 7.5Jx17 ET55 and im looking for some used alloys ones i found that are exactly the same but diameter is 7Jx17 ET60 instead. Would they work and does it matter?

Well that's small bit of difference should not really matter as long as the rims bolt onto the axle correctly

That is just part of clearances needed. The tire size will be limited and that can be the real problem. Easy does it.
