Hello Scotty,
I have a 2011 Toyota RAV4 four wheel drive six cylinder vehicle which has the spare tire and wheel mounted on the rear door. I will be replacing all four tires in the spring with new ones. In your latest vid dated yesterday 2/22/2025 you talked about with four wheel drive vehicles if you get a flat you have to buy four tires. My question is if I buy a fifth tire for the spare can I have it rotated in with the four with every oil change so that if I got a flat the spare would be in the same approximate condition as the four mounted tires therefore not needed to buy four new tires ?

That would not be a good idea because all the tires would not be worn evenly since they moved around you'd get differential wear
