my car corsa gamma utility 2007 model with 340000 on the clock,it has a rough idling problem and fuel consumption is high . i have changed temperature sensor, throttle sensor, idle sensor and changed spark plugs(they turned black immediately after changing them and test the car), reset the timing. done full service.

Your car is running rich. Have you cleaned the MAF sensor (if it has one)?
If you can have access to the live data, it can give you more information on how to proceed.
One thing to consider would be the fuel injectors. With that mileage, odds are they are not good anymore. You can try cleaning them and see the results.
