Rough idle 10 to 15 seconds after stopping

Hi Scotty I own a 2014 Lexus LS460 with 46000 Miles on it, all my service is done at the dealer.

I’m having a rough idle issue when car is warm, dealer recommended injector cleaning but it didn’t fix the rough idle. They cleaned the throttle body and reset the computer. Checked spark plugs and coils nothing wrong. Checked for play in the fans and nothing wrong there. they also said the engine and transmission mounts are fine.

Rough idle gets worse if the car is hot (engine temp at center, normal should be below center) and on a hill (like at a red light).

Dealer says nothing to worry about since the rough idling isnt that bad and nothing appearing on the computer. Dealer also says temp gauge at center is normal.

I’m at my wits end please help.

That just shows what crappy mechanics they have who don't even care. Codes mean nothing. The raw data can be analyzed and figured out what's wrong with the car. It could be a simple as one of the injectors is leaking slightly or it's got a tiny vacuum leak but a good road test with a high level scan tool and the mechanics willing to spend time analyzing the data. Can see what's wrong. For example, a trouble code will not trip until the data is more than 20% plus or minus. But a mechanic who knows the data can look at the live data after road testing it when it acts up, then see which data is perhaps not 20% off. But even 8 or 10% is enough to make you feel it. Good luck trying to find so many like me where you are
