Hey there, I was stopping by to see if you ever figured out what was the reason your truck was doing this?? My 2019 5.7 limited is doing this exact same thing and I can't find anything anywhere as there is no code being given off by the truck so it's very hard to diagnose. Hopefully someone has figured this out by now.
Resurrecting someone else's 2-year-old topic and asking them a question when they have not been active here since that time is unlikely to get results. It is best to start your own topic giving all details of your vehicle, of the problem being experienced, and all diagnostics performed to date. There are so many things that can cause rough running your symptom may not even be caused by the same problem. (Topic has been split, you can add any additional information here.)
Checking for codes is just the bare beginning of the diagnostic process. (Even if you had found a code, that doesn't tell you what is actually wrong, only that a condition exists which could have several potential causes.) If that is all that has been done you haven't even scratched the surface yet.
In that case a good next step would be to analyze live data while the problem occurs. Pay particular attention to fuel trims and cylinder misfire counts. Or, you could start with some simple stuff such as cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor and checking for vacuum leaks.
check your basics. air filter, spark plug condition, fuel pressure, etc..
