i have a 93 chevy silverado 5.7 motor.134000 miles. it will idle rough for about a minute then will run and idle fine when it warms up a little. i changed the iac but did not help. what can i do?

Yea, start with what inthrustwetrust said.
Also, next time it's cold before you start it, take the breather cover over, start it and go watch injectors squirting and see if each is squirting the same (during rough idle period).

Check the basics Air filter spark plugs and fluids. Depending on how your oil flows in the engine are it might not be great at taking the oil to the top of the engine when it first starts and if everything checks out and theres no codes you might just want to make a habit of letting it run for a bit before you hop in and take off since the car is quite a bit older.
